Q. Where can I buy Black Knight products?
A. If you are outside of Canada please consult our list of distributors, or e-mail us at info@blackknight.ca

If you are in Canada, you will find varying selections of our products sold in many pro shops and specialty stores, and to a lesser extent at some corporate chain stores. Most pro shops and specialty stores will specially order models they don’t have in stock. With our warehouses in Montreal and Vancouver, we can deliver those special orders in as few as 1-2 business days, depending on location and availability.

Please e-mail us at info@blackknight.ca with the items or categories of interest to you. Let us know your country, state/province and city. Most inquiries are answered the same day as received. Remember that e-mail is not infallible – if you don’t receive a prompt reply, please check the address and re-send.

Q. Do you offer any promotional support to organizations or leagues?

A. Under the umbrella of promotion, we work closely with groups at many levels. In fact, over the last 25 years, BK has continuously supported programs with different organizations across Canada – national, provincial, district, city, association, and club – and we are committed to continuing this tradition.

Our favourite activity is the Knight to Remember (KTR), which in addition to raising money for the Special Olympics Foundation Canada, has been a very popular event in hundreds of clubs since 1991. It also provides the best opportunity to leisurely try out a large selection of our top models.

For more information on KTRs, consult the promotions section, or e-mail us at info@blackknight.ca

As this site is developed, we will be building a list of promotional activities at: www.blackknight.ca/en/promotion.php

To discuss possible support for your organization within Canada, please contact us at info@blackknight.ca, with as much information as possible.

Q. What are the criteria and how do I apply for a Black Knight sponsorship?
A. Some of the points considered in evaluating an application are:
- sport
- overall involvement in the sport
- activities as coach or organizer
- ranking as a player
- assistance in marketing BK
- location
- references
- time of the year

Normally, we reserve the off-season period from mid-April to late August for new applications and renewals. Once the season starts we become extremely busy working with renewed sponsorships and with the many in-season promotional activities with which we are involved. That makes it difficult to process requests once the tournament season is underway.

Q. Which squash racquets have the largest "sweet spot?" Given that I rarely connect with the ball properly, I need a racquet that has a wide margin for error.
A. Have a look at the Magnum and KnightHawk series. The Magnums have the largest sweetspot by virtue of the wide head and teardrop, while the KnightHawks are similarly wide, but have bridges.

Q. Which badminton racquets have the largest “sweet spot”?
A. Check out the Power Channel series. Black Knight’s Power Channel innovation enlarges the sweet spot without enlarging the racquet head – so, bigger sweet spot, no loss of speed.
